सेंट लुईस मराठीमंडळ ही एक ना नफा तत्वावर आधारीत स्वयंसेवी संस्था (non-for-profit organization) आहे.
सभासदांच्या पाठिंब्यावर आणि कार्यकर्त्यांच्या (committee) निःस्वार्थ मेहनतीवर आपले मंडळ कार्यरत असते. परंतु केवळ सभासदांच्या वार्षिक शुल्कावर मंडळ चालवणे हे अत्यंत कठिण काम आहे.
अनेकविध कार्यक्रमांच्या आयोजनासाठी निधीची अतिशय आवश्यकता असते. आपल्या मंडळाच्या काही सभासदांनी यासाठी पुढे होऊन सढळ हस्ते मंडळाला ज्या देणग्या दिल्या आहेत,त्यामुळे पुढील वाटचालीसाठी आणि आयोजनासाठी मंडळ कमिटीचा उत्साह दुणावला आहे.
